As a Line of Business Risk Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX. ***PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.*** In this role, you will be responsible for business and operational resilience for various lines of business within Corporate & Institutional Banking. You will work closely with different departments in regards to risk, updating and following up on any reported issues until they have been closed. In addition, you will also be the assigned risk manager for any initiatives or projects that may belong to a specific line of business or department you are supporting. Due to the nature of this role, experience in risk management, business continuity planning, incident management, and resilience life cycle executions. **Job Description** + Responsible for the establishment and oversight of Line of Business risk strategies and program execution. Serves as a senior risk advocate for the risk management program, process owner and/or regulatory relationship liaison. + Establishes the line of business risk management strategies and programs, maintains and enhances existing programs to support the business(es) in managing risk while meeting business and regulatory expectations. + Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business. Owns process and/or regulatory relationship liason. + Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks. + Leads and engages cross functional teams and develops internal capabilities.
