Role and Responsibilities The Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for leading The Home Depot's cooking and dishwasher category sales and execution. This critical role is focused on growing revenue, profit, and market share. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Category Sales leader for Samsung’s Home Appliance Business at The Home Depot. Develop short and long-term Sales Management strategy as it relates to Samsung’s Cooking and Dishwasher business at The Home Depot. Responsible for revenue generation for Samsung Cooking and Dishwasher appliances online in retail stores at The Home Depot. Engage with cross functional internal teams to develop strategic initiatives to grow the Digital Appliance category. Own and lead business performance report outs to customer & Samsung internal. Accountable for The Home Depot showroom product assortment and marketing effectiveness. Maintain/manage flooring and sell-thru strategy. Support Customer Joint Business Plans and Quarterly Business Reviews as required. Build and manage the end-to-end roadmaps, planning, execution, budgets, approvals, objective tracking, accountability, results, etc. Responsible for forecasting/planning of business both internally and externally. Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to drive expansion and growth. Communicate with Sales and Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Finance, Demand Generation, and others. Decide on the best way to showcase Samsung products on HomeDepot.com and in-store. Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree and at least 10+ years of relatable experience in channel sales, marketing, or strategy. Demonstrated digital / customer.com subject-matter expertise in sales, product marketing, & strategy. Strong digital / eCommerce experience and understanding of industry tools. Sales background in dealing with Large National Retailers preferred. Understanding of appliance market preferred. Superior strategic and analytical skills. Ability to work within a deadline-oriented, delivery-centered, fast-paced environment. Proven ability to own and develop a customer relationship and account management process. Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite. Characteristics Candidate should be: Highly motivated and self-driven. Strong process-oriented thinker.
