They are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to help them with their mission. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support AI-driven drug discovery and computational biology applications. Integrate diverse data sources , including high-throughput biological data, molecular structures, clinical datasets, and experimental results. Optimize data storage and retrieval , ensuring efficient processing of large-scale scientific and AI-generated datasets. Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and bioinformaticians to build data workflows that enhance predictive modeling and drug discovery efforts. Develop and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure , leveraging platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure to enable scalable and efficient computing. Automate ETL processes to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and accessibility for researchers and AI models. Qualifications Experience in data engineering with expertise in building and optimizing ETL pipelines for large-scale scientific or AI-driven datasets. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in frameworks like Apache Spark or Airflow. Cloud computing proficiency , ideally with AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable data storage and processing. Database management expertise (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Snowflake). Familiarity with scientific data (biological, molecular, or clinical) is a plus. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with AI/ML scientists and bioinformaticians.
