This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence product development and business growth by delivering data-driven insights across a multi-sided healthcare platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, design experiments, and create scalable dashboards that inform strategic decisions. Your work will directly support product optimization and innovation, helping to shape the future of mental health services.

Accountabilities:

• Develop actionable business insights by analyzing data and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize product and growth initiatives.
• Work with data scientists and engineers to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility in pipelines and logging systems.
• Formulate hypotheses and refine ambiguous questions through deep data exploration and understanding of customer behavior.
• Build and enable others to create critical dashboards and reports by developing scalable datasets aligned with business needs.
• Design, implement, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to provide meaningful conclusions for product and marketplace optimization.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to guide AI feature development through insights and performance metrics.

• 5+ years of experience leveraging analytics to solve complex business challenges across multiple teams or products, ideally in a high-growth environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python.
• Strong understanding of experimental design and causal inference methods.
• Expertise in building dashboards and data visualizations, preferably using Looker and LookML.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills to translate insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passionate about expanding access to mental healthcare and mission-driven impact.

• Competitive salary range of $135,000–$155,000.
