Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), Data definitions and process maps where applicable Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Revenue operations, Sales Ops, sales enablement, Commercial IT, or a related function. Minimum of 3 years working experience as a data analyst or similar role with experience in data tools like SQL, python, or VBA programing and modelling tools like SAS, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architecture principles. 2+ year of experience in analytical visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview or other Expert level experience back-office application skills, including Excel, MS Access etc. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization and articulate data strategies to technical and non-technical audiences. Proven track record of managing the lifecycle of complex data-driven products or solutions. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions. Deep understanding of industry trends, market needs, and competitive landscape in data and analytics. Experience building a product roadmap, prioritizing features, and driving alignment across diverse cross functional teams and influencing without authority. Desire to work in a high paced collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment. Ability to travel up to 20% domestically. Commercial back-office experience working in Medical Device or Life Sciences industry. Prior experience in implementing data driven AI/Gen AI use cases and other commercial digital platforms is highly preferred. 1-2 years of experience with enterprise systems like SAP, Anaplan, Model N, Conga etc. 1-2 years of experience with building and rolling out Salesforce or similar CRM Capabilities Experience in applying statistical modelling and predictive analytics to solve business problems. Proven expert level analytical and problem-solving experience. Prior experience in processes mapping and documentation Proven experience influencing change.
