Looking for a Pharmacy Technician with a knack for problem-solving? We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support pharmacy benefit programs, including prior authorizations, formulary management, and member outreach. In this dynamic role, you’ll handle live calls with members, physicians, and pharmacists, provide real-time medication authorizations, and process medical exception requests using clinical algorithms. You’ll also troubleshoot pharmacy claims, support after-hours on-call rotations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless pharmacy operations. A CPT certification (or equivalent experience), strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are essential.
