Strong Personal Assistant to a Multi-Entity Entrepreneur

A Strong Personal Assistant (PA) is a highly organized, business-savvy professional who supports a busy entrepreneur managing multiple businesses, including real estate holdings. This role requires strong tech skills , solid business and financial acumen , and a working knowledge of legal, accounting, and compliance frameworks —with the ability to keep operations organized, efficient, and compliant.

Core Competencies:

  • Business Acumen: Understands multi-entity operations, including real estate investments, property management, and business workflows.
  • Legal & Compliance Awareness: Familiar with contracts, operating agreements, leases, filings, and regulatory obligations.
  • Accounting Literacy: Proficient in reviewing P&Ls, tracking expenses, coordinating with accountants, and managing invoices.
  • Excel Expertise: Strong skills in Excel for financial tracking, reporting, modeling, and data organization.
  • Tech Proficiency: Confident using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, e-signature platforms, CRMs, and project/task management software.
  • Organizational Mastery: Maintains organized cloud-based filing systems, tracks deadlines, manages documents across entities, and handles electronic filings with precision.
  • Real Estate Understanding: Able to support property acquisition, management, leases, escrow tracking, and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, communications, and follow-ups across businesses.
  • Organize and maintain legal, financial, and compliance documentation.
  • Track real estate deals, leases, expenses, and property deadlines.
  • Build and maintain Excel trackers for financials, projects, and reporting.
  • Liaise with legal, accounting, and property management teams.
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and ensure operational flow.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of supporting high-level business activity with minimal oversight .
