Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, motivated Workers’ Compensation Paralegal who is fluent in Spanish to assist attorneys with managing workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to provide empathetic, informed support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Manage all aspects of workers’ compensation case files, including document collection, filings, and scheduling
• Draft and file legal forms and documents
• Coordinate hearings and medical evaluations
• Maintain regular communication with clients, attorneys, and healthcare providers
• Translate documents and interpret client meetings as needed
• Prepare case summaries and maintain organized case notes and timelines
• Ensure deadlines and case milestones are tracked and met
• Support attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• 1-5 years of experience working in a legal, case management, or patient intake setting.
• Knowledge of Workers’ Compensation Board procedures, forms, and terminology is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities
