Jefferson Hospitality in Lakewood, CO is looking for one night auditor to join our 37 person strong team. We are located on 3440 S Vance St.. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

- Conduct the night audit process efficiently and accurately

- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Manage reservations and cancellations

- Ensure the security of the property during the night shift

- Prepare daily reports and complete administrative tasks

-No Shows: Charge all No Shows and only release if the credit card is declined

Skills:

- Experience in guest relations and customer service

- Knowledge of hospitality management practices

- Proficient in phone etiquette and front desk operations

- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus

- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

- Multilingual skills are advantageous in assisting diverse guests

Qualifications and Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent communications skills, strong knowledge of the Littleton area and the desire to help and assist others. Background in Front Desk, Customer Service, accounting and /or Hospitality is preferred.

This job requires ability to perform the following:

• Frequently standing up behind the desk and front office areas
• Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 15 pounds
• Handling objects, products and computer equipment
• Use a keyboard to operate various property management and reservations systems, etc.

Essential:

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests and employees.
• Special tolerance and ability to handle the demands of the overnight world as it pertains to alertness, sleep and fatigue.
• Reading and writing abilities are utilized daily.
• Basic math skills are used very frequently.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and training abilities are often used.
• Must be available to all shifts ie, days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Grooming

All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Specific uniform guidelines and/ or required articles of clothing will be explained to you as part of the orientation process.

Schedule

The work schedule is based on the demands of the business. AM, PM, nights, overnights, weekends, and/or holiday availability are required. This position requires you to work overnight, during the overnight shift you will be required to perform any work duties while on your meal break period, you will be compensated for the time spent performing work duties. The time spent working during the meal break will be counted toward the total hours worked.
