Job Description

Description Greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments in person and via phone with other offices/patients directly, verifying insurance/authorization calls, assisting with billing follow up in a high volume setting. Must be open to OT. Must be open to traveling to Sacramento location on Howe Ave., occasionally when that clinic is either short staff or if someone calls out for the day. Rotating schedule: 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm. Skills & Qualifications Previous Healthcare Receptionist preferred. Experience with intaking referrals Insurance Verification experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Billing Codes, different insurances. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
