Massage Therapist - Tenaya Stone Spa - Part Time at Disneyland Resort summary:

Massage Therapists at Tenaya Stone Spa deliver therapeutic massages and body conditioning treatments to guests, ensuring excellent guest service and satisfaction. They utilize approved products and maintain strong communication while addressing guest needs and special requests proactively. This role requires a valid California Massage Therapist license and experience in spa or hotel environments.

Massage Therapists at Tenaya Stone Spa provide exceptional Guest Service while providing massages/other related services to Guests for therapeutic and remedial reasons, administering body conditioning treatments by applying various approved products.

Basic Qualifications :

• You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
• Must currently hold and maintain state Massage Therapist license (with state of California)
• Previous experience in a spa or hotel environment
• Ability to handle difficult/sensitive situations independently, while confidently utilizing service recovery methods
• Possess complete knowledge of all services and products while educating Guests
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills
• Receptive to special requests and proactive in anticipating Guests needs
• Knowledgeable about The Disneyland Resort and surrounding area

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This roles is Full Time and requires full availability, including working evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.

The pay rate for this role in California is $20.42 per hour, plus commission and gratuities.
