As a Management Trainee , you’ll receive paid, hands-on training and fast-track promotion into leadership roles like Event Manager or Campaign Director in as little as 6–12 months .
🧭 What You’ll DoCross-train in event marketing, community outreach, campaign logistics, and leadership
Assist in the execution and daily management of nonprofit marketing events and retail activations
Begin leading small teams and coordinating event locations within your first 90 days
Partner with nonprofit clients and retail hosts to ensure flawless campaign execution
Learn how to manage operations, lead teams, and drive performance
Help expand new markets along the West Coast and beyond
Paid training and one-on-one mentorship from senior leadership
Fast-track advancement into management roles based on performance, not tenure
Direct exposure to event planning, nonprofit outreach, and campaign strategy

Ideal candidates are recent graduates, early-career professionals, or career changers who:
Are passionate about marketing, social impact, and leadership
Communicate with confidence and professionalism in face-to-face settings
Excel in fast-paced, people-focused environments
Are coachable, goal-driven, and ready to learn
Can adapt to flexible schedules and are open to regional travel
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in customer service, sales, team leadership, event coordination, or retail is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to long-term career growth in marketing and team leadership
Comfortable with in-person, field-based event work (this is not a remote or office-based position)
