**About the Position:**
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Manager, Finance to support our E2E Asset Management and Facilities Maintenance & Repair team. This individual will be responsible for managing capital and operating expense spend with a focus on club repairs, renovations, and remodels to refine financial forecasting, case development, and planning for Sam's Club Facilities Maintenance & Repair. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving financial performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
**Responsibilities include:**
+ **Partner with key stakeholders and finance leaders** to evaluate, refine, and develop new projects, processes, and business cases.
+ **Develop and maintain accurate financial models** to identify trends and provide insights in order to align on forecasts and to drive key business decisions.
+ **Analyze financial and operational data** to identify trends, and opportunities to improve labor productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
+ **Develop and deliver financial reporting** to senior leadership on key performance metrics, budget versus actuals, and forecast variances.
+ **Perform ad-hoc analysis** to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business opportunities.
+ **Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports** , while adhering to internal controls and compliance requirements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
