What will you be doing?

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
• Support production in assembly areas to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operation.
• Maintain, modify, and install equipment to meet NEC, OSHA, RIA, and company standards.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including inspections and documentation.
• Maintain integrity of safety devices including light curtains, safety gates, and barriers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
• Train operators and team members on proper equipment use and controls.
• Ensure proper housekeeping (5S) and safe work practices at all times.

What do you bring?

• Fanuc robotic troubleshooting and programming.
• Allen Bradley RSLogix 500, PLCs, and ladder logic programming.
• 24V DC troubleshooting and motor control systems.
• Variable frequency drives (VFDs) setup and maintenance.
• Proximity, laser, limit, and pressure switch troubleshooting.
• Pneumatics, hydraulics, tool handling, and mechanical press line maintenance.
• Blueprint and schematic reading.
