About the Team DashMart is a rapidly growing business vertical within DoorDash, operating micro-fulfillment centers throughout the United States. The Operational Excellence & People Experience team supports DashMart by driving organizational change, standardizing ops processes, and delivering best-in-class learning experiences. About the Role In this role, you will focus on designing and producing multimedia-rich e-learning content that enables our operators and leaders to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and apply it effectively. You will: Translate business needs into highly engaging, learner-centric instructional design . Build interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other design platforms. Develop multimedia content (graphics, video, audio, animation) to support learning objectives and elevate the quality of training. Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with operational priorities. Continuously improve existing content to keep pace with evolving business needs, technology, and learner expectations. We’re Excited About You Because… You’re an experienced instructional designer with a strong portfolio of e-learning courses and digital learning experiences. You have demonstrated skill in multimedia content creation (graphic design, video editing, audio production, animation, or similar). You are proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and common creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Camtasia, or equivalents). You know how to apply adult learning theory to design experiences that drive retention, engagement, and on-the-job performance. You are organized and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can translate complex concepts into clear learning experiences, and are motivated by raising the bar for content quality and impact. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of instructional design or e-learning development experience . Proven experience with multimedia design tools and e-learning authoring software. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with SMEs and cross-functional partners. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
