STR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR department with company events and our internship program. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HR Events Team Lead, gaining hands-on experience in event planning, program coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to build practical HR skills, contribute to meaningful employee experiences, and gain valuable industry insight in a dynamic, tech-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be local to our Woburn, Massachusetts office and available to start part-time in March (8–12 hours per week), with flexibility to work remotely if needed. Following the completion of the academic year, the internship will transition to full-time (40 hours per week). At that point, the candidate should be able to work three days per week in the office with the option to work two days from home.
