Human Resources Intern

Lornamead is currently seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team!

Lornamead Products manufactures and supplies, hair care, skin care, oral care, and bath products in America. The company offers toothpastes, teeth whitening products and oral analgesics for drug chains, and national food retailers. The company is headquartered in Tonawanda, New York.

Your Challenge :

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating new employee documentation.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases.
• Provide support during employee relations investigations.
• Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement and training events.
• Assist with administration of payroll and benefits.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and updating HR policies.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and talent management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Spring 2026 Internship: Flexible schedule, 16-20 hours per week
