Job Summary:

The HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), with a focus on Workday. This role partners with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure data integrity, streamline HR processes, and support strategic workforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.).
• Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and security of HR data and reporting.
• Partner with HR teams and stakeholders to identify needs and deliver system solutions.
• Train and support end users on Workday functionality.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing HRIS systems, with strong expertise in Workday.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
