  • Partner with operations, engineering, and product development teams to align fleet with business objectives, forecasting sourcing needs and ensuring product specifications meet customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Support branch locations to ensure seamless asset storage, repairs, and customer fulfillment.
  • Drive design reviews and manage engineering resources to ensure timely delivery of design modifications to meet evolving building codes.
  • Leverage data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or fleet management (manufacturing/construction industry preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience with cross-functional and vendor teams.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across departments and with senior leaders.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects concurrently and prioritizing tasks effectively.
