The opportunity:

As a Director in EY-Parthenons Strategy & Execution Deal Technology practice focusing on Enterprise Reimagined, you will lead high-impact engagements that drive both cost optimization and top-line growth across complex transactions and corporate transformations. You will work with C-suite executives, private equity clients, and corporate leadership to identify, plan, and execute technology-driven strategies that optimize IT and operational costs while also accelerating revenue and digital innovation during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs as well as in non-transaction/transformation settings. This role blends deep IT expertise with strategic insight to deliver measurable value through cost transformation, digital enablement, operational efficiency, and tech-enabled growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

As a Director with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice, you will lead value-creation technology projects that span cost optimization and growth enablement.
