Are you a highly experienced family law attorney dedicated to delivering exceptional client service? Springer and Steinberg, P.C. is seeking a top-notch professional to join our esteemed Family Law team.

Position Overview:
In this role, you will manage a significant caseload of high-level and high-asset family law cases, guiding clients from intake through permanent orders with skill and precision.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Civil/Family Law (Required).
• License/Certification: Active Colorado Bar license (Required).
• Work Location: In-person position.

What You Bring:

• Proven Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigating complex divorce and domestic cases.
• Licensed in Colorado: Must hold a valid Colorado law license.
• Client Commitment: Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to respond to clients within 24 business hours.
• Proactive Consultations: Willingness to conduct client consultations as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Strong ability to communicate openly and frequently with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, even outside of regular business hours, to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Dedication and Initiative: A proactive attitude and eagerness to seamlessly integrate into an existing caseload.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time.
• Salary: $190,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year.
• Supplemental Pay: Bonus/partnership opportunities and commission pay.

Schedule:

• Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Relocation: Must relocate to Denver, CO 80222 before starting.
