Position Details

• Location: Fayetteville, NC within 20 minutes of your chosen location
• Hours: 3 - 4 hours per week, with availability required. Flexible.
• Compensation: $27- $29 per hour (contract position).

What We’re Looking For

• Tutoring Experience: Background in teaching or tutoring students in reading.
• Education: Currently enrolled in college or hold a college degree.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage students and adapt to their learning styles.
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel to students’ homes.
• Passion for Education: A commitment to helping students grow academically and build confidence.
• Bonus: Specialized certifications are welcomed but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
