Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety while working in a fast-paced environment.

Shift

• 1st shift 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday (Overtime on weekend as needed)

Pay Rate

• $16.00/hour

Duties

• Using a head set to accurately pull orders.
• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Utilize warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move products safely.
• Maintain organization of inventory and ensure proper storage of items.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (experience with forklifts is a plus).
• Good physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within deadlines.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
