Overview:
We are seeking an intellectually curious and passionate data practitioner who can interface both internally and with clients to articulate trends, root causes, and identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
As a key member of our analytics team, you serve as a strategic partner to our clients, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth. You are passionate about understanding client goals, monitoring performance, and proactively identifying opportunities for optimization. Your expertise in analytics and data science empowers clients to make informed decisions and achieve measurable results.

Client Immersion & Goal Setting

  • Active Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, data sources, and reporting needs.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work directly with clients and senior leadership to develop tailored measurement plans and establish meaningful campaign and channel-level benchmarks and goals.
  • Client Immersion: Review client feedback on data sources and connectivity to ensure alignment and understanding with overall client business objectives and accuracy with internal client reporting.
  • Baseline Development: Review multiple years of data to create baseline understanding of the clients business across core performance indicators and other supporting metrics, helping establish understanding of cause-and-effect as well as potential outliers in business outcomes.
  • Industry & Category Immersion: Understand available category and industry data to help articulate the impact of marketplace, economic conditions and consumer confidence, etc. on outcomes.

Performance Reporting, Analysis & Strategic Recommendations

  • Test Panel Design: Design local A/B test panels based on campaign learning agenda needs
  • Insight Development: Deliver regular, client-friendly reports that include written analyses, performance compared to projections and goal, and clear visualizations of key metrics.
  • Test & Learn Evaluation: Compile and review campaign test panel results and partner with media strategists to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to optimize.
  • Visualization Collaboration: Work closely with data visualization experts to ensure reporting is clear, automated, and tailored to client needs. This includes creation of initial recommended report specifications for review.
  • Deep-Dive Analysis: Provide in-depth analyses, including KPI reviews, content performance, customer lifetime value, journey mapping, and long-term trend tracking, including mid- and post-campaign analyses.
  • Trend Articulation: Inform decision making through analysis and articulation of overall business trends based on channel specific metrics and established goals/benchmarks.
  • Business Impact: Translate data into actionable business recommendations, helping clients understand how channel performance aligns with their goals.
  • Engage to Optimize: Recommend optimizations across channels, tactics, and creative assets in response to market changes and campaign learnings/trends.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy by identifying and resolving data issues as they arise, maintaining the highest standards in reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, preferably in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience working directly with clients to understand goals, define KPIs, and develop tailored measurement and reporting plans.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B test panels, with an understanding of campaign learning agendas.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists and data visualization experts, to deliver client-friendly reporting and recommendations.
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and integrity, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data quality issues.
