Job Title: Field Service Technician
Position: Full-Time
Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Location: Philadelphia and suburbs, Trenton, and suburbs.

Saxon Office Technology seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic Field
Service Technician to join our team. Kyocera experience plus, but not necessary.
Summary: Install, repair, and maintain business equipment by performing the following duties.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
• Visit client sites for installation, maintenance, and repair of multifunction office equipment
• Perform diagnostic repairs and preventative maintenance of office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to service calls in a courteous and timely manner.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Project a professional company image in daily interactions with customers
• Meet call quality and total calls per day expectations
• All other related duties as assigned or required by the Service Manager
