California Bank & Trust is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team in Walnut Creek, CA and San Francisco, CA. Responsibilities

  • Generate and service a variety of commercial loans, developing strong, low-risk client relationships.
  • Act as the primary account and relationship manager for clients.
  • Develop new client leads via existing relationships and referrals, and review portfolios regularly.
  • Conduct sales activities, credit analysis, loan structuring, and client interviews.
  • Monitor credit performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain high customer satisfaction and cross-sell bank products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in commercial lending, credit, underwriting, or related fields. A combination of education and experience may suffice.
  • Expertise in commercial loans, credit analysis, and loan processing.
  • Proven ability to expand client relationships and cross-sell banking products.
  • Excellent sales, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing a large commercial portfolio.
