About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief People Officer to spearhead its people and culture functions during a significant period of transformation. The successful candidate will be a strategic and empathetic leader, responsible for developing and executing a forward-thinking talent strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and the evolving needs of the community it serves. Key responsibilities for the Chief People Officer include strengthening staff culture, connection, and well-being, aligning people strategy with organizational planning, leading a comprehensive workforce assessment, and modernizing core HR systems. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in labor relations, compliance, and people operations. They should be technologically proficient, innovative, and possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field, along with SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification. The role demands a visionary strategist who can balance leadership with pragmatic execution, and who is committed to fostering a workplace culture rooted in transparency, equity, and trust.
