Are you looking for flexible, high-energy work in the Chicago events scene? Catering by Michaels is hiring enthusiastic Event Servers to join our award-winning team. We have catered everything from weddings and mitzvahs to corporate galas and major festivals like Lollapalooza, LIV Golf, and the NFL Draft .
What You'll Do:

• Mix, pour, and serve cocktails, wine, and/or beer at private events
• Follow recipes, standard bar practices for safe service, portion control with precision while free pouring
• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests and event hosts
• Help with bar setup, event space set up, restocking, and breakdown
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Professional bartending skills and knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine
• Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
• Must be 21+ years old , with reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Prior bartending in a banquet hall or at venues is strongly preferred
