In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our roofing and siding services, and generating leads. Responsibilities - Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote Capital Construction's services. - Engage with potential customers to explain our offerings and gather interest. - Combine customer service and listening skills with marketing knowledge to persuade homeowners to set up an appointment - Communicate effectively with team members to report progress and share insights. - Maintain a positive attitude while representing the company in the field. Requirements - Previous experience in canvassing or sales is preferred. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. - Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. - Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude. - A valid driver's license. - Have physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods of time.
