Pay Rate: $22 – $23/hr
Shift/Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (shifts vary)
Occasional Overtime: Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST
Job Summary:
The Call Center Representative (Financial Services Representative II, TB Inbound) will be the first point of contact for clients calling about financial products and services. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction, resolve inquiries, and recommend financial solutions that support long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Support clients with banking needs, including loans, deposits, investments, and account services.
Resolve client issues quickly while maintaining a professional, client-focused demeanor.
Proactively match clients with financial products and services (e.g., accounts, cards, credit products, investments).
Educate clients on digital banking capabilities.
Accurately document and verify client information.
Collaborate with team members, mentors, and managers to improve client outcomes.
Required Experience:
2+ years of customer service and banking experience.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.
Required Skills:
Client-focused communication (written and verbal).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Customer relationship management.
Familiarity with financial products and services.
Additional Skills:
Flexibility with shifts and occasional overtime.
Proficiency with multiple software applications and dual monitors.
Ability to work independently with remote team support.
